MPH-01 SUGAR BEET RIPPER MACHINE
It actuates the cleaning and leaf cutting movement from the tail pivot through the shaft. The tractor runs with three point hanging system. On the traffic, collecting wheel can be adjusted depending on the beet and the soil conditions.
LEAF CUTTING AND PRE-CLEANING SYSTEM:
At first the leafs will be cut-of before head of the beet which is going to be pulled-out. All the leafs, grass and dirts will be cleaned out with the brush in front of the head cutting drum.
HEAD CUTTING:
Before head cutting all round the beet is cleaned so the space between the drum and the blade is not plugged. By this way proper head cutting and high performance are provided. Also it is prepared for cleaning and pulling out by the help of two brushes which can turn both right and left.
PULLING OUT:
The special designed pulling blade which is manufactured by our company operates in all field conditions and doesnt damage the beet.
COLLECTING SYSTEM:
It separates the beet pulled out from the soil and pulls it to the area where the beets are pulled out. And leaves it out of the rear track of the tractor along the line.
